Number five: Discovering Downton Abbey.

You will probably think I am coming late to the party, but I just discovered Downton Abbey this summer! Crazy, I know. I guess I have been living under a rock because there were two entire seasons for me to watch!

I love period drams like that and like Pride and Prejudice, Emma, Persuasion, Sense and Sensibility, Anne of Green Gables, etc...They are wonderful.So it is no wonder why I enjoyed Downton Abbey. I think that Katie was the one that really encouraged me to watch it. And Amazon Prime had it for free with instant video. So that was nice! I would watch at least one episode before I went to sleep at night.

But by the time I was ready to watch season 2, Amazon did not have it for free (they do now). Katie, the wonderful cousin of mine! Works at the local library and she came home with season 2 for me the very weekend I needed it! We watched the entire season in one weekend! It was great!

Now I cannot wait for the third season to come out! But it does not come out until January! Ugh! I guess I will have to console myself by watching Supernatural with Katie instead. Oh well, I enjoy that one too.

Can you believe that there is less than a week until Christmas?!?!?! It is so amazing! We are all really excited here and are having a hard time waiting! If you are having a hard time too take a look at this video from Rhett & Link and just enjoy the Christmas spirit!

Okay, so I totally suck...I know it too. I just saw Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 tonight. And I have to share some love for Rowena Ravenclaw's Diadem!

I mean! Isn't it fantastic?! I need to know who designed it. This diadem is so wonderful! It says "Wit Beyond Measure, Is Man's Greatest Treasure."

They had it a Comicon this year too! How cool is that? A piece of jewelry being so famous. Maybe people will start wearing them again. I would so love people to wear diadems casually!

I would also like to see some more detailed photos, but I could not find any. Have you seen anything better?

What are your thought on diadems? How about the last Harry Potter movie?

Hey Guys! Well this is the first week of the MBA program!! I am so excited for it! I feel just like Rhino from Bolt!

Yes, I do know I am a ridicules nerd for being excited about school, but I can not help it! Here are a few pictures to mark this momentous occasion in my life...lol just kidding. We need not be so somber. This is going to be fun!

So far it does not seem like it will take too much of my time so I should be able to be crafty still. :D I started working on another sweater last night while I was watching the wonderful old Disney Peter Pan and 101 Dalmatians. I love those great old movies. I am not sure how much jewelry and knitting I will do in the near future though. You see, Lent is starting tomorrow...and...I have decided to reduce the number of movies I watch a week from between 7 and 11 to only 2! The problem must be obvious to you all. I make things while I watch movies. So If I am not watching movies I might not be making jewelry. Don't worry! I will do stuff, it just might not be as much as before. Anyway, I am giving up movies (inferior relaxation and recreation) in order to spend more time relying on God. He is the only true relaxation and peace. So, I'm going to do it! Hope you guys all have a great Fat Tuesday and a wonderful Lenten season filled with hope and renewal and peace! Get closer to God, guys!

Well, that is what I have been up to! I hope I can keep up with making cool stuff and blogging about it when school starts. I start the MBA program on the 7th!! It came around so fast! I can hardly believe it!

SNOW!!!!

I am so very very happy with life right now!! It is so wonderful. I am just so happy and excited. :D I have been wanting snow for so long and now it is finally here! And just in time for the first day of December too.

Lord, thank You for the snow! Thank you for how lovely it is. Thank You for loving me so much that You sent me some snow! I love you Lord and pray that the snow will make everyone a little bit happier today and keep us all safe in the snow.
